Grady Environmental Services Inc. has been providing janitorial services at the City of Rockville
Town Square Garages since May 2006. These services include power sweeping, power washing, light
maintenance and daily porter service.
The porters provided by Grady Environmental Services Inc. have maintained an exceptional level of
service and maintenance regimen that is especially needed in Rockville Town Square, given that it is a
highly trafficked area. The City of Rockville has been very satisfied with both the quality of service
provided and the professionalism of staff.
